Being gangsta means whatever you start, you finish.

A "gangsta" doesn't fold when it's time for him or her to take charge, be the boss, or lead. When you go gangsta, you focus on getting the job done.

When your mind is in that zone, you don't even have to worry about motivation - only keeping up with all the moves you will make.

When you see a need in your life, you will fill it without doubt, fear, worry, or confusion.
